摘要
借助阅读大使角色推进全民阅读是国内外经常采用的阅读推广方式之一。该角色公众影响力和阅读示范作用的充分发挥会对阅读推广活动效果的提升和品牌的建立起到积极促进作用。文章在对我国阅读大使活动现状分析的基础上,结合对新西兰Te Awhi Rito阅读大使活动和美国全国青年文学大使项目的分析,研究了国外阅读大使活动对我国同类活动的启示。文章认为应该从注重对大使个人影响力与意愿兴趣的综合考量、制定有利于角色影响力充分发挥的工作职责、加强大使活动中的支持团队建设、完善活动的组织与制度建设方面对我国当前的阅读大使类活动进行规范和提升,以更充分地发挥阅读大使类活动在我国阅读推广工作中的价值。
Using the role of reading ambassador to promote national reading is one of the reading promotion methods often used in and out of China.The full play of the role of public influence and reading demonstration will improve the effect of reading promotion activities and brand building.Based on the analysis of the current situation of reading ambassador activities in China,combined with the analysis of Te Awhi Rito reading ambassador activities in New Zealand and the National Youth Literature Ambassador project in the United States,this paper shows the enlightenment of foreign reading ambassador activities to similar activities in China.This paper holds that the current reading ambassador activities in China should be standardized and improved from the aspects of paying attention to the comprehensive consideration of the ambassador's personal influence,willingness and interest,formulating work responsibilities conducive to the full play of the role's influence,strengthening the support team construction in the ambassador activities,and improving the organization and system construction of the activities,so as to give full play to the value of reading ambassador activities in China's reading promotion.
