延安时期抗日军事政治大学育人实践的历史经验研究

A Study on Historical Experience of Education Practice at“Anti-Japancse Military and Political University”in Yan’an Period

《中共中央关于党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验的决议》强调,坚持立德树人,培养造就大批堪当时代重任的接班人,是党百年来领导学校工作、抓好后继有人这个根本大计的显著特征、传统优势和重要经验。延安时期,中国人民抗日军事政治大学积极贯彻党的方针政策,立足实际需要,通过坚持党的领导、强化政治文化教育、狠抓生产劳动、严肃法纪法规等富有成效的教学实践,培养了大批德才兼备、适应时代需要的革命骨干;形成了服从党的大局、夯实党的领导、关注学生思想转变、聚力学习根本目标等宝贵经验。抗日军事政治大学坚持思想育人、政治强校、培育堪当时代重任者们的成功实践,为新时代高校实现“三全育人”,努力开创教育事业发展新局面,提供了非常重要的现实镜鉴。

Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century emphasized that utilizing morality to educate people as well as raising a huge army of successors who can undertake the timely tasks are significant characters,traditional advantages,and important experience of the fact that Party leads schools’work during the one hundred years.In Yan’an period,Anti-Japanese Military and Political University positively followed the instructions of the Party and depended on the practical need,trained many capable people with both morality and talents and satisfied the requirement of the era through insisting on the Party’s leadership,strengthening political and cultural education,emphasizing production and labor,and intensifying regulations and disciplines through the practice.The practice formed the historical experience of obeying the overall situation of the Party,consolidating the leadership of the Party,focusing on the students’ideological shifts,clarifying the essential tasks of study,and so on.The successful practice of Anti-Japanese Military and Political University shows that insisting on education by thoughts,strengthening the school by politics,and fostering successors who can undertake the timely tasks provides significantly important references for universities in new era to realize the goal of“Three Aspects of Education”and to put effort into creating a new situation of education development.
