摘要
逆向工程作为一种快速且行之有效的设计方法,正越来越广泛地应用于工业产品的设计和研发过程中,与此同时,3D打印技术又可以很好地验证逆向设计的模型。本文以千斤顶为研究对象,通过对实物原型进行测量,改进结构,应用SolidWorks软件进行产品各组成部分的三维建模、装配和运动仿真等,并利用3D打印机进行打印,得到产品。
As a fast and effective design method,reverse engineering is more and more widely used in the design and development of industrial products.In the meantime,3D printing technology is also a good way to validate reverse-engineered models.In this paper,take the jack as an object,based on the measurement of the prototype and improvement of the structure,use SolidWorks software for 3D modeling,assembly,motion simulation,then use the 3D printer to get the product.
