摘要
碾压混凝土坝以温控措施简单和可实现连续、快速施工等特点被广泛应用于各类大坝工程当中。通过开展大坝碾压混凝土的温控与防裂关键技术研究,以龙滩大坝工程项目为例,通过确定混凝土温控分区及标准、混凝土温控与防裂措施实施、混凝土分期冷却,提出一种全新的温控防裂技术。结合工程检测试验得出的结果证明,新的技术在实际应用中能够实现对混凝土裂缝、渗水的有效控制。
RCC dam is widely used in various dam projects because of its simple temperature control measures and continuous and rapid construction.Through the research on the key technologies of temperature control and crack prevention of Dam RCC.Taking Longtan dam project as an example,a new temperature control and crack prevention technology is proposed by determining the zoning and standard of concrete temperature control,the implementation of concrete temperature control and crack prevention measures and phased cooling of concrete.The results of engineering test show that the new technology can effectively control concrete cracks in practical application.
