摘要
气调、1-甲基环丙烯(1-methylcyclopropene,MCP)、真空、紫外、薄膜套袋处理可对水蜜桃起到保鲜作用。采用6种不同保鲜方法对水蜜桃进行处理并对其贮藏期内的7项指标进行测定,以研究得出最佳的水蜜桃贮藏方法。结果表明:聚乙烯薄膜套袋(PE)结合紫外辐照为水蜜桃的最佳保鲜方法,各项指标均为较优,保鲜效果明显优于空白组。聚丙烯材料(PP)对水蜜桃品质影响较小对保鲜起到一定的积极作用。
Modified atmosphere,1-methylcyclopropene(1-methylcyclopropene,MCP),vacuum,UV,and film bagging can keep the peach fresh.In order to study the best storage method of peach,6 different methods were used to treat peach and 7 indexes were measured during storage.The results showed that PE combined with UV irradiation was the best fresh-keeping method for peach.All the indexes were better,and the fresh-keeping effect was significantly better than that of the blank group.The polypropylene material(PP)had little effect on the quality of peaches and played a positive role in preservation.
