基于Solidworks Simulation的摩托车前悬挂疲劳分析

摘要 利用Solidworks Simulation对某型摩托车单减震器式前悬挂装置进行疲劳分析有限元计算,根据试验数据和常规经验确定转向力、螺钉预紧力、摩擦系数等边界条件,进行前悬挂装置结构改进前后的静应力计算。最后,按K_(f)=0.5时的S-N曲线进行疲劳分析对比,从而确定设计方案,改善零件结构。 Using Solidworks Simulation for fatigue analysis of a motorcycle single shock absorber type front suspension device finite element calculation,and the test data and conventional experience to determine the steering force,screw pretightening force,friction coefficient and other boundary conditions,the static stress calculation before and after the improvement of the front suspension structure is conducted.Finally,according to the S-N curve of K_(f)=0.5 fatigue analysis and comparison,the design scheme can be determined to improve the structure of parts.
