某公立医院信息系统容灾备份的实现

Implementation of Disaster Recovery and Backup of Information System in a Public Hospital

随着国家卫健委、地方卫健委对公立医院要求精细化管理、高质量发展,精细化管理、高质量发展必须依赖于公立医院信息化建设,目前公立医院信息化建设越来越复杂,业务系统越来越多,一旦信息系统瘫痪,公立医院将无法运行。公立医院信息系统容灾备份异常重要,公立医院在实现容灾备份技术时,不仅需要考虑技术可行性、还要考虑经济可行性。根据某公立医院现信息系统现状,利用EMC存储、VMware、Cisco等技术,提出一种容灾备份方法,实现了该院同院异地机房的容灾备份,通过该医院同院异地机房容灾中心的建立,保障了该院信息系统提供连续性工作、数据不丢失的保证。

As the national health commission and local health commissions require fine management and high-quality development of public hospitals,fine management and high-quality development must rely on the information construction of public hospitals.At present,the information construction of public hospitals is becoming more and more complex,and there are more and more business systems.Once the information system is paralyzed,public hospitals will not be able to operate.Disaster recovery and backup of public hospital information system is extremely important.When implementing disaster recovery and backup technology,public hospitals need to consider not only technical feasibility,but also economic feasibility.According to the current situation of the information system of a public hospital,using EMC storage,VMware,Cisco and other technologies,a disaster recovery backup method is proposed to realize the disaster recovery backup of the remote computer room of the same hospital.Through the establishment of the disaster recovery center of the remote computer room of the same hospital,the information system of the hospital is guaranteed to provide continuous work and no data loss.
