摘要
由于近年来抗生素在畜禽养殖生产上的滥用,给动物肠道健康以及食品安全带来了威胁。随着各个国家陆续实施了禁抗的措施,通过营养调控等手段来解决动物肠道健康及促生长作用逐渐成为大家探寻的方向。在集约化养殖生产中纤维一直被认为是一种抗营养因子,其在日粮中的使用量被严格控制,但近年来很多研究发现在家禽日粮中添加适量纤维源不仅可改善家禽的肠道健康,对生产性能的提高也有促进作用。本文主要从纤维的理化性质,纤维对家禽生产性能、肠道健康以及脂质代谢的影响等方面综述纤维对家禽的生理调控作用,从而为纤维在家禽生产上科学高效的应用提供科学支持。
Due to the abuse of antibiotics in animal production in recent years,animal intestinal health and food safety has been threatened. With the implementation of measures to ban the use of antibiotics in various countries,nutritional regulation and other means to solve animal intestinal health and promote growth has gradually become the direction of exploration.Fiber has long been considered as an anti-nutritional factor and its use has been limited in intensive breeding production. However,in recent years,many studies have found that adding appropriate fiber source in poultry diet could improve its intestinal health and performance.This paper reviewed the physiological regulation of fiber on poultry from physicochemical properties,effects of fiber on growth performance,intestinal health and lipid metabolism of poultry,so as to provide scientific support for the scientific and efficient application of fiber in poultry production.
