摘要
植酸酶应用在畜禽养殖中可通过水解饲料原料中的植酸提高饲料营养物质利用率,改善动物生产性能和健康,同时减少磷的添加和排放。近年来研究发现,饲粮中植酸酶推荐剂量(500 U/kg)只满足近50%的无机磷需求,超量添加可提高至90%以上,同时植酸酶改善作用与饲粮中植酸酶的添加水平呈剂量效应关系,为了响应国家“节能减排”号召和非常规原料的应用,超量添加植酸酶成为必然。本文结合国内外近年来的研究成果,对超剂量添加植酸酶在畜禽上的应用研究现状做一综述,以期为超剂量添加植酸酶在畜牧生产中的应用提供一定参考。
Phytase, as the biological enzyme preparation used in livestock and poultry breeding,improves the utilization of feed nutrients, promotes production performance, improves animal health and reduces phosphorus emissions and exogenous phosphorus addition by hydrolyzing phytate. Recent studies have found that the recommended dietary(500 U/kg) phytase dose can only meet nearly 50% inorganic phosphorus requirements, that can be increased to more than 90% in super-dosing phytase addition diets and the improvement of phytase has a dose-effect relationship with dietary phytase supplemental level. In response to the national call for “energy saving and emission reduction” and the application of unconventional raw materials, dietary super-dosing phytase addition is inevitable. This article combined domestic and foreign research summarized the application research status of super-dosing phytase addition and provide some reference for the application of super-dosing phytase addition in livestock and poultry production.
