禾本科羊茅属植物抗逆性研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 羊茅属植物饲用价值较高,多为优质牧草,在国内外牧场均有大面积播种。由于其优异的抗逆性,被广泛应用在生态恢复以及观赏草坪中。目前关于羊茅属植物抗逆性的研究多数通过逆境下叶绿素、丙二醇、游离脯氨酸、游离蛋白质、过氧化氢酶等含量的生理指标变化来判断,而关于其抗逆机制的系统研究却很少。对羊茅属在干旱、低温、高温、盐碱、重金属胁迫下的生理变化为基础进行总结发现,羊茅属植物在耐寒、耐热、耐旱、耐盐碱上的综合表现并非十分亮眼,但其在治理重金属污染,尤其是镉、锌、铅污染方面表现尤为突出,应用前景广阔,为羊茅属植物抗逆育种提供参考。 Festuca plants have high feeding value and are mostly high-quality pastures,which are sown in large areas in domestic and foreign pastures. At the same time, its excellent stress resistance makes it widely used in ecological restoration and ornamental lawns. At present, most studies on the stress resistance of fescue plants are judged by changes in physiological indicators such as chlorophyll, propylene glycol,free proline,free protein,catalase,etc. under adversity,but there are few systematic research on its stress resistance mechanism rare. Therefore, based on the summary of the physiological changes of fescue under drought,low temperature, high temperature,salinity and heavy metal stress,it is found that the comprehensive performance of fescue in cold tolerance,heat resistance, drought tolerance,and salt tolerance is not very good,but it is particularly prominent in the treatment of heavy metal pollution,especially cadmium,zinc,and lead pollution.It has a wide range of application prospects and provides a reference for the breeding of fescue plants.
