“双减”政策着眼于营造良好的教育生态。对学科教学而言,“双减”本质上减的是过重的作业负担及校外培训负担,而不是降低学科知识与能力的应用水平,更不是降低高考对人才规格的要求。“双减”背景下的语文教学,要立足于语文教育传统中的贯通平台,借助“双减”促成的作业能量释放,以呈现贯通要求的教学素材创造与学生主体生理、心理发展相适应的教学情境,推动母语学习的不断深入和发展。“双减”背景下的高考语文,要着力于彰显考试素材的贯通属性,在核心价值、学科素养、关键能力及必备知识的框架中,以考生对知识与能力的掌握及其实际应用水平实现对人才的有效甄别,并以这种有效甄别对语文学科教学各基础环节发挥持续影响。

The“double reduction”policy aims at creating a sound education ecology, which will surely affect the basic education, senior high school education, and even the selection function of college entrance examination in China several years later. In essence, the policy aims to reduce the heavy burden of homework and off-campus training instead of reducing students’ subject knowledge and their application level of the subject ability or lowering the requirements of the college entrance examination for talents. The Chinese subject teaching under the background of the“double reduction”policy should be based on the platform of“cut-through”in the traditional Chinese education, by taking advantage of the policy, so as to present a teaching environment in which teaching materials are developed to match the physiological and psychological development of students, promoting the continuous deepening and development of the mother tongue learning.Under the background of the double reduction policy, the examination of the Chinese subject should show its connection to teaching and learning in terms of examination materials. In the framework of core value,discipline literacy, key competencies and required knowledge, candidates’ mastery of knowledge and ability and their practical application levels should be identified and distinguished.
