江苏高考综合改革实施效果的调查研究

An Investigation into the Effect and Problems of the Comprehensive Reform of the College Entrance Examination in Jiangsu Province

为探究江苏高考综合改革的实施效果,对2021年江苏省新高考首届录取学生开展问卷调查,有效样本量3 754份。结果表明,江苏高考综合改革的预期目标基本达成,学生总体认可度较高,促进了文理学科交融,在人才选拔方面相对更公平。调查也发现一些亟待解决的问题,如部分学生在科目选择上存在功利化倾向、生涯教育有待完善、综合素质评价可信度有待提高、教育资源分配不平衡等。据此,提出4点对策建议:1)加强高中生涯教育体系建设;2)改进综合素质评价的应用;3)优化教育资源配置,加强综合配套保障;4)完善制度协同,构建多元共治机制。

Through a questionnaire survey of 3 754 of the first admitted students of the new college entrance examination in Jiangsu Province in 2021, this study aims to explore the impact of the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination in Jiangsu on high-school students’ subject selection, college applications,learning pressure and career planning. Along with an overall high level of satisfaction from students, the results show that the expected goal of the comprehensive reform of the college entrance examination in Jiangsu has been basically achieved, which has effectively promoted the integration of arts and sciences, students’ allround development, and is relatively fair in talent selection. However, some problems are also found in the research. For example, some students show a utilitarian tendency in their subject selections, senior high schools ignore the connotation construction of career education, and career education becomes a mere form. In addition, the comprehensive quality evaluation needs to be improved, and the distribution of educational resources is unbalanced. Following suggestions are proposed: to strengthen the construction of the senior high school career education system and scientifically guide students to choose subjects rationally;to improve the applicability of comprehensive quality evaluation and give full play to the central role of college enrollment;to optimize the allocation of educational resources and strengthen comprehensive support;to improve the system of institutional coordination and build a mechanism for the co-governance of multiple stakeholders.
