铁路货车制动管系组装应力测试研究

摘要 铁路货车制动管系组装应力是导致现有列车制动管系发生裂纹、折断的主要原因之一。本文选取不同结构的制动管系为试验对象,制定专用的试验装置及试验方法,对制动管系组装应力进行测试研究,获取制动管系不同结构、不同组装状态下的应力,通过数据对比,分析组装应力的影响因素,并从结构设计及组装工艺方面提出有效的建议。 The assembling stress of railway freight car brake pipe system is one of the main causes of the crack and fracture of the existing train brake pipe system.This paper selects diferent structures of the braking piping as test object,employed special test rig and test method to test the brake pipe assembly stress of different structures and state of stress.Through data comparison,the paper analysed the influence factors on the assembly stress,and provided effective recommendations from the aspects of structure design and asscembly process.
