基于公众反馈的多水源地区自来水嗅味情况调查及思考——以舟山为例 被引量:1

摘要 近几年自来水嗅味事件频发,但公众对其缺乏足够了解,导致内心恐慌。为了增加公众对自来水嗅味事件的认识,减轻公众面对此类事件时的恐慌心理,供水企业与公众之间的交流是必要的。文中以舟山为例,舟山采用多水源联合供水的方式,增加了原水水质的复杂性。因此,通过发放调查问卷和水样检测的方式,了解舟山市自来水嗅味情况及公众对自来水嗅味问题的关注程度和内容。结果表明,舟山市自来水嗅味类型主要以消毒剂味、土霉味和塑胶/橡胶味为主,强度等级为微弱~弱。公众对于自来水嗅味问题是重视的,因此,供水企业可以适时向公众开展与嗅味内容相关的教育普及类活动,加强两者间的交流,从而利于嗅味问题快速、有效的解决。 In recent years,there have been frequent taste and odor(T&O)incidents in tap water.But the public does not know enough about it,which could cause panic.In order to increase the public's awareness of T&O in tap water and reduce the public's panic in the face of such incidents,communication between the water plant and the public is necessary.Taking Zhoushan as an example in this paper,Zhoushan adopted a multi-source joint water supply method,which increased the complexity of raw water quality.T&O of tap water in Zhoushan City and the degree and content of public's attention to the T&O of tap water could be understood by issuing questionnaires and water sample testing.Results showed that the main types T&O of tap water in Zhoushan were disinfectant,earthy and musty and plastic/rubber,and the intensity level was slightly weak to weak.The public attached great importance to the T&O of tap water,so the water treatment plant(WTP)can carry out education and popularization activities related to T&O content to the public in a timely manner,and strengthen the communication between them,so that the T&O problem can be solved quickly and effectively.
