巨型水电厂开停机过程中的有功功率自动调节方法 被引量:1

摘要 巨型水电厂单机容量大,其开停机过程中有功功率的大幅度调节,对电网功率平衡形成较大冲击,影响电网的安全稳定运行,需采用有效调节方法,减少负荷调节对电网冲击。某巨型水电厂通常按照负荷曲线两点间拉斜线运行方式,由于该电厂机组开机或停机需跨越非常大的非稳定运行区,常规AGC分配需避开非稳定运行区,因此开停机过程只能手动调功,全厂有功调节过程需尽可能靠近曲线两点线性插值,这对于运行人员是一个很大挑战。鉴于此,本文介绍一种巨型水电厂开停机AGC自动调功方法,采取有功补偿调节方法,针对开机和停机等多种工况,分别介绍有功功率的自动调节策略。 The smooth regulation of giant hydropower station is very important for the power grid.The active power is greatly adjusted during the start-up and shutdown process,so effective regulation method should be adopted to reduce the impact on the power grid.The paper introduces a kind of AGC automatic regulation methods of active power during start-up and shutdown for giant hydropower station.The total active power of the power plant usually operates according to the drawline between two points of the load curve.Since the unit of the power station needs to cross a very large unstable operation zone when it is started up or shut down,conventional AGC allocation needs to avoid the unstable operation zone,so active power can only be manually adjusted during the start and shut down process,and the whole active power regulation process needs to be as close to the curve as possible with two-point linear interpolation,which is a great challenge for operators.Based on this,AGC adopts the active power compensation regulation method,and introduces the automatic power regulation strategy respectively for various situations of startup and shutdown.The method introduced in this paper can be used for similar giant hydropower stations and AGC automatic regulation active power in other hydropower stations.
