摘要
通过搭建参数可调的重复脉冲法通用实验平台,针对真实的发电电动机转子绕组进行测试,对转子绕组的脉冲传递特性、重复脉冲法的诊断效果和适用性进行分析。试验结果表明,通过提高激励脉冲幅值使诊断灵敏度得到保证后,重复脉冲法可以应用于发电电动机等长绕组转子的匝间短路故障诊断。
A general testing platform of repeated pulse method with adjustable parameters was built to test the rotor winding of a real generator-motor,and the pulse-transferring characteristics of the rotor winding,diagnosing effect and applicability of the repeated pulse method were analyzed.The testing results show that the repeated pulse method can be applied to the fault diagnosing of inter-turn short circuit of long rotor windings like generator-motor after the diagnostic sensitivity is guaranteed by increasing the amplitude of exciting pulse.
