摘要 本试验旨在研究水溶性植物精油对白羽肉鸡生产性能、免疫功能及经济效益的影响。试验选用同批次、健康的1日龄爱拔益加(AA)白羽肉鸡600只,随机分成4组(A、B、C、D组),每组6个重复,每个重复25只。A组为对照组,饮用清水;从8日龄开始,试验B、C、D组分别饮用清水+100mL/吨植物精油、清水+200mL/吨植物精油、清水+400m L/吨植物精油,每天饮用8 h,其余时间均饮用清水。对照组和试验组均采用笼养,饲喂相同日粮。至42日龄试验结束。试验结果表明:(1)平均日采食量和日增重,8~28、29~42日龄及1~42日龄,C、D组均显著高于A、B组(P<0.05),A、B组间及C、D组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);料重比,各组之间差异均不显著(P>0.05);(2)死亡率,1~7日龄各组间没有显著差异(P>0.05);1~42日龄C、D组显著低于A组(P<0.05),B组低于A组但差异不显著(P>0.05);(3)鸡血清新城疫抗体效价、胸腺指数、脾脏指数和法氏囊指数,各组差异均不显著(P>0.05)(4)出栏体重,C、D组显著高于A组和B组(P<0.05),A、B组间及C、D组间差异均不显著(P>0.05);欧洲指数,B、C、D组均高于A组,其中C、D组显著高于A组(P<0.05)。综上所述,在饮水中添加200~400 mL/吨的水溶性植物精油有助于改善白羽肉鸡的生产性能,降低死亡率,增强机体免疫机能,提高养殖效益。 This experiment was conducted to study the effect of water-soluble PEO on performance,immune function and economic benefit of white broiler.Total of 600 healthy 1 day old Arbor Acres(AA) broilers were divided into 4 groups(A、B、C、D)with 6 replicates per group and 25 rats per replicate.Group A was the control group,and drinking water.Group B, C and D were experimental groups, and adding 100、200、400 mL/T PEO into the drinking water respectively form the age of 8 days,drink for 8 hours a day and the rest of the day drink for water.The control group and experimental groups were fed the same diet in cage,and the trial ends at the 42th age.The results showed as follows:(1) ADFI and ADG: group C and D were significantly higher than those in groups A and Bat the days of 8~28,29~42 and 1~42(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between group A and B, and between group C and D(P>0.05);The difference between the groups was not significant in F/G(P>0.05);(2) The death rate:there was no significant difference in each groups at the days of 1~7(P>0.05);Group C and D were significantly lower than group A(P<0.05), and group B was lower than group A but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);(3) There were not significant difference in each group for the ND antibody titer, Thymus index, Spleen index and Bursa index(P>0.05);(4) The weight of group C and D were higher than group A and B(P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between group A and B, and between group C and D(P>0.05);The EPI of group B、C、D were higher than group A and group C、D were significantly higher than group A(P<0.05).In conclusion,adding 200~400 mL/T water-soluble PEO into drinking water could improve the performance, reduce mortality, enhance immune function and raise economic benefits of white broilers.
