摘要
聚碳酸丙烯酯(PPC)可降解地膜作为新合成的聚合物,其在水环境中的降解性能研究较少。以PPC可降解地膜为材料,设置了地面覆盖(DF)和水田中覆盖(PF)两种处理方式,测定不同时间段的红外光谱、力学性能、分子量和扫描电镜(SEM)。结果表明DF和PF处理都发生了不同程度的降解,因DF长期暴露在空气中经阳光照射,其分子结构中的分子链断裂更快,氧化程度更高,随之分子量和力学性能下降更快,表面结构出现较大的破坏;而PF处理因浸泡在水中,水会阻挡一部分光,地膜降解速率相对较慢。
Propylene polycarbonate(PPC)degradable mulch film as a newly synthesized polymer,there were few studies on the degradability of PPC mulch in water environment.Taking PPC degradable plastic film as material,ground cover(DF)and paddy cover(PF)two processing methods were set up.The infrared spectra,mechanical properties,molecular weight and scanning electron microscope(SEM)of PPC plastic film were measured in different time periods.The results show that both DF and PF treatments are degraded.Because the DF treatment is always in the air and exposed to the sun,the molecular chains in its molecular structure break faster and higher degree of oxidation,then the molecular weight and mechanical properties decrease faster.And there is great damage to the surface structure.While PF treatment due to immersion in water,the water blocks some of the light,the degradation rate of plastic film is relatively low.
