摘要
分析了宇航企业面临的市场竞争和挑战,为满足客户需求并全面提升供应商管理效能,提出供应商全生命周期管理、品类管理等理念,构建和实施了以供应商全生命周期管理为核心,以品类管理和产品保证管理为抓手的“1+N+1”供应商管理体系。通过梳理采购主业务线与供应商全生命周期管理支撑线,建立了基于流程驱动、分类协同的供应商管理模式。
This paper analyzes the market competition and challenges faced by aerospace enterprises.In order to meet customer needs and comprehensively improve supplier management efficiency,this paper puts forward the concepts of supplier life cycle management and category management,and constructs and implements a"1+N+1"supplier management system with supplier life cycle management as the core and category management and product warranty management.By combing the main procurement business line and supplier life cycle management support line,a supplier management mode based on process driven,classification and collaboration is established.
