摘要
针对生产外包过程的实际问题,通过梳理各部门职责、优化管理办法、精简业务流程、绘制工作流程图等工作,形成了较为规范的供应链管理模式,并有效地利用供应链精细化管理来降低外包成本,以科学的管理方式调节各环节的效率,提高供应链执行过程中某些环节的响应性,使供应链管理更加高效,实现了外包过程精细化管理。
View of the actual problems in the process of production outsourcing,though carding departments responsibility,it takes the optimization outsourcing management methods,streamline business process,drawing the workflow chart,forming a relatively standardized Supply Chain management mode.And the effective use of the fine management of supply chain,it can reduce the cost of outsourcing.Adjust the effectiveness of each link with scientific management mode,improve the responsiveness of some links in the process of supply chain implementation,the company supply chain management to achieve efficient operation,outsourcing process control to achieve the goal of fine management.
