硅粉对无机植筋高性能混凝土材料强度影响试验 被引量:2

摘要 为研究硅粉对无机植筋高性能混凝土材料强度的影响,采用在普通硅酸盐水泥混凝土中单一掺加硅粉和与水泥调凝组分QT复掺两种方法进行试验,分析材料强度发展规律。试验结果表明:单一掺加硅粉对混凝土早期强度有提高促进作用;从技术性与经济性考虑,掺加10%左右的硅粉对混凝土强度影响最佳;水泥调凝组分QT掺量无论是4%还是8%,复掺10%硅粉的混凝土28 d龄期抗压强度依然比不掺硅粉和复掺20%硅粉的混凝土强度高。 In order to study the effect of silica fume on the strength of inorganic reinforced high-performance concrete,two methods of single addition of silica fume in Portland cement concrete and compound addition of silica fume and cement setting regulating component QT were used to analyze the development law of material strength.The test results show that the single addition of silica fume can improve the early strength of concrete;Considering the technology and economy,adding about 10%silica fume has the best effect on the strength of concrete;Whether the QT content of cement setting adjustment component is 4%or 8%,the compressive strength of concrete mixed with 10%silica fume at 28 days is still higher than that of concrete without silica fume and mixed with 20%silica fume.
