摘要 为培养优秀的采矿工程人才,对采矿工程实践教学改革进行探索。培养过程中以项目促学习、以竞赛促学习、培养全过程导师制、专家前沿授课、融入思政元素。课程实验做到虚实结合;课程设计设置专家题库;专业实习采用集中实习、自主实习以及虚拟仿真相结合的形式;毕业设计在选题过程中做到实习选题、自主选题、项目选题相结合。通过采矿工程实践教学改革,培养学生的团结协作能力、终身学习能力、动手能力、独立思考能力和创新思维。 In order to train excellent mining engineering talents,training method and teaching content have been reformed in the practice teaching.Promoting learning by project and competition,tutor’s training in the whole process,frontier lecture taught by experts and integrating ideological and political elements have been used in the training process.The combination of virtual and real experiments has been used in the experiment courses,cooperating with the theory knowledge.The expert question bank maintaining novelty has been set up in the curriculum design.Professional practice has adopted the form of centralized practice,independent practice and virtual simulation to improve students'learning autonomy.Topics from practice,independent topic or students’project are suitable for the graduation design.Through practice teaching reform of mining engineering,students'ability of unity and cooperation,lifelong learning,hands-on,independent thinking and innovative thinking should be cultivated,which can improve students'employment competitiveness.
