新时期,高职院校加快构建职业素养培育体系具有多重意义,能够推动社会经济高质量发展,助力高职院校内涵式发展,促进高职学生多元化发展。明确高职学生职业素养培育体系的构建方向,应从职业素养培育的内容体系、课程体系、实践体系、评价体系等方面着手。在此基础上,确立高职学生职业素养培育体系的实施路径:内容引领,在顶层设计中重视职业素养;课程深化,在专业教育中渗透职业素养;合作强化,在产教融合中提升职业素养;评价推动,在人才测评中融入职业素养。

In the new era,it is of multiple significance for higher vocational colleges to accelerate the construction of a vocational quality cultivation system,which can promote the high-quality development of the social economy,help the connotative development of higher vocational colleges,and promote the diversified development of higher vocational students.We should improve the content system,curriculum system,practice system,evaluation system and other aspects of vocational quality cultivation,so as to clarify the construction direction of vocational quality cultivation system for higher vocational students.On this basis,scientifically establish the implementation path of the vocational literacy training system for higher vocational students.Recommendations:content guidance,attach importance to professional literacy in top-level design;deepen the curriculum,infiltrate professional literacy in professional education;strengthen cooperation,in the integration of industry and education Improve professional quality;promote evaluation and integrate professional quality into talent assessment.
