政校园企共建“六位一体”公共实训基地探索与实践——以永川智能制造公共实训基地为例

On “Six-in -One” Public Training Base Co-built by Government,College,Industrial park and Enterprise——Taking Yongchuan Intelligent Manufacturing Public Training Base as an example

构建实习、实训、实产融合发展的现代职业教育复合型共享资源平台,离不开具有辐射引领作用、高水平、专业化的复合型共享实训基地建设。重庆永川智能制造公共实训中心面对公共实训基地建设统筹规划不足、公共实训基地共享程度不高、公共实训基地服务社会乏力等困境,通过创建“政校园企”协同育人机制、共建实训平台、形成“六位一体”育人态势、构建“岗课赛证”融通课程体系等策略,深化产教融合,推动职业教育高质量发展。

The construction of a modern vocational education resource sharing platform integrating practice,training and production is inseparable from the construction of a leading,high-level and professional composite shared training base.In the face of difficulties in the construction of public training bases,such as insufficient overall planning,low degree of sharing,and weak service to the society,Yongchuan Intelligent Manufacturing Public Training Base has deepened the industry-education integration and promoted the high-quality development of vocational education by creating a “government-college-park-enterprise” collaborative education mechanism,jointly building a training platform,forming a “six in one” education situation,and building a “post course certificate” integrated course system.
