摘要
针对目前大学英语课程教与学的矛盾,九江学院外国语学院根据学生的英语基础、能力及性格特点进行了精准的教学设计,即实施隐性分层教学模式。实践证明隐性分层教学模式是一种极为有效的教学模式,体现了因材施教、以学生为本的教育理念。在大学英语教学中采用此模式,能较好地提高学生的主动性与积极性,促进大学英语教学质量的全面提升,最终实现素质教育的培养目标。
Given the current contradiction of“teaching and learning”in college English,Jiujiang university carried out accurate teaching design according to students'English foundation,ability,and personality characteristics.It has been proved that the implicit stratified teaching model is extremely effective,which embodies the educational philosophy of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and student-oriented concept.Adopting this model in college English teaching can improve students'initiative and enthusiasm,promote the overall improvement of college English teaching quality,and finally realize the cultivation goal of quality education.
