基于1+X证书制度的高职院校人才培养路径研究

1+X证书制度试点实施对职业院校人才培养产生了巨大影响,在一定程度上促使高职院校在人才培养模式、教育教学方法、产教融合内容等出现了变化,要求高职院校对人才培养路径进行全面系统地创新。1+X证书制度是实现教育链与产业链对接的重要设计,能够提高人才培养质量,提升师资队伍素质,丰富产教融合内容。汕尾职业技术学院结合X证书内涵,从X证书的运行机制、人才培养理念、师资队伍建设以及技能考核模式四方面改善专业人才培养路径。

the pilot implementation of the 1+X certificate system has had a great impact on the talent training of vocational colleges.To a certain extent,it has changed the talent training mode,teaching methods,and the production-education integration.It requires vocational colleges to comprehensively and systematically innovate the talent training path.The 1+X certificate system is an important design connecting the education chain and the industry chain.It can improve the quality of talent training,improve the quality of teachers,and enrich the integration of industry and education.In combination with the connotation of X certificate,our school has improved the training path of professional talents from four aspects:the operation mechanism of X certificate,the concept of talent training,the construction of teaching staff and the skill assessment mode.
