“双减”背景下我国青少年体育教育培训高质量发展的现实困境与推进路径

Realistic Dilemma and Promotion Path of High-Quality Development of Youth Physical Education and Training in China under the Background of“Double Reduction”

以“双减”政策为切入点,探究青少年体育教育培训高质量发展的内涵、特征和机遇.从宏观治理、中观企业、微观教学3个维度进行剖析,认为我国青少年体育教育培训行业存在内部治理体系混乱,市场发展散碎,逐利性质明显;行业准入宽松,防患能力仍需加强;着眼应试教育,忽略体育活动根本方式等现实困境.要实现我国青少年体育教育培训行业高质量发展需要,应以培训为根本,适度拓宽市场,构建多元体系;依托社会资源,建立培养机制;转变应试观念,以户外运动为核.

Taking the“double reduction”policy as the breakthrough point,the connotation,characteristics and opportunities of high-quality development of youth physical education and training are explored in this paper.From the three dimensions of macro governance,medium enterprises and micro teaching,it is believed that there are practical difficulties such as the internal governance system of China’s youth sports education and training industry is chaotic,the market development is fragmented and the profit-seeking quality is obvious,industry access is loose,prevention capacity needs to be strengthened,focusing on exam-oriented education,ignoring the fundamental way of sports activities.In order to realize the high-quality development of China’s youth sports education and training industry,we should take training as the foundation,moderately broaden the market and build a multi-system,relying on social resources,establish training mechanism,and changing the concept of examination,take outdoor sports as the core.
