摘要
为探究白花泡桐TCP家族在调控丛枝病和干旱胁迫响应中的作用,对白花泡桐全基因组TCP家族成员进行生物信息学分析。结果表明:白花泡桐TCP家族有35个基因;所有家族成员分布在14条染色体上,每条染色体的基因数量有1~5个;同时,所有成员均包含基序1;顺式作用元件表明PfTCPs主要参与激素和光响应;结合丛枝病和干旱处理前后白花泡桐TCP的转录组分析,最终发现PfTCP17和PfTCP27可能在调控丛枝病发生和干旱胁迫中发挥重要作用。该结果为进一步培育白花泡桐抗生物和非生物胁迫新品种提供了依据。
In order to explore the role of the Paulownia fortunei TCP family in the occurrence of witches′broom and in drought stress responses,we performed bioinformatics analysis of different genes of the TCP family in the whole genome of Paulownia fortunei.The results showed that there were 35 genes in the Paulownia fortunei TCP family and all of them encoded for hydrophilic proteins.All genes of this family were found distributed on 14 chromosomes,and the number of genes on each chromosome was found to be 1-5;and each member contained motif 1.The cis-acting element indicated that PfTCPs were mainly involved in hormonaland light responses.In addition,transcriptome analysis of the Paulownia fortunei genome was performed before and after the occurrence of witches′broom and drought treatment.It was finally found that PfTCP17 and PfTCP27 might play an important role in the occurrence of witches′broom diseases and drought stress responses.The results provide a basis for further breeding of new plant varieties of Paulownia fortunei that are resistant to biotic and abiotic stresses.
