摘要
随着现代物流业的发展和铁路货运组织改革的深入推进,铁路货运产品也在不断地创新、完善,对铁路保价运输提出了更高的要求。在分析呼和浩特局集团公司保价运输现状的基础上,针对保价营销、货物损失和理赔,以及客户参与度等方面存在的问题,提出加大保价营销和延伸服务、加强市场监测组织精准营销、提高货物包装质量、强化货装服务质量、加强理赔安全室的标准化建设、全覆盖开展保价宣传等对策,以进一步提升保价服务质量、强化货物运输组织安全、加强保价营销宣传,全力提高铁路保价运输的市场竞争力,扩大铁路保价运输的市场份额。
With the development of the modern logistics industry and the deepening of the reform of railway freight transportation organization, the constant innovation and improvement of railway freight transportation products put forward higher requirements on railway value-insured transportation. After analyzing the current value-insured transportation situation of China Railway Hohhot Group, this paper proposed a series of countermeasures to address the problems in the marketing of value-insured transportation, cargo loss and claim settlement, and customer participation. The countermeasures proposed include improving the marketing of value-insured and extended services, reinforcing market monitoring and organizing precise marketing, enhancing the quality of cargo packaging, strengthening the quality of cargo loading services, stepping up the standardized construction of the security room for claim settlement, and conducting fully covered promotion of value-insured transportation. They are expected to further improve the quality of value-insured services, strengthen the organization and safety of freight transportation, intensify the marketing and promotion of value-insured transportation, boost the market competitiveness of railway value-insured transportation with no effort spared, and increase the market share of railway value-insured transportation.
