摘要
高铁快运发展过程中,末端城市物流配送方案影响了高铁快运的业务能力和水平。目前我国高铁快运“站到门”的服务能力较低,需要优化高铁快运城市配送模型,提供城市配送方案以更好解决“最后一公里”难题。基于高铁快运业务特点及高铁快运服务市场定位,提出高铁快运服务客户重要度概念,以服务质量最高和成本最小为目标,建立高铁快运城市配送多目标优化模型,运用NSGA-Ⅱ算法对问题进行求解,最终生成高铁快运城市配送多样化方案,供高铁快运营业部依照不同指标偏好对方案进行选择。
In the development of China’s high speed rail express, the terminal urban logistics distribution plan has affected the business capacity and level of high speed rail express. At present, as the“station-todoor”service capacity of China’s high speed rail express is relatively low, the urban distribution model of high speed rail express needs to be optimized, and urban distribution solutions shall be provided to effectively solve the“last mile”problem. Considering the business characteristics of high speed rail express and the market positioning of high speed rail express services, the concept of customer importance was proposed for high speed rail express services. With the highest service quality and the minimum service cost as the goal, a multi-objective optimization model was built for the urban distribution of high speed rail express, and the problem was solved by employing the NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm.Diversified urban distribution plans for high speed rail express were obtained for the business departments of high speed rail express to select according to different index preferences.
