移动式视频在关节外科健康宣教中的应用价值探究

Investigation on the application value of mobile video in health education of joint surgery

目的探讨移动式视频在关节运动医学科健康宣教中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2—9月莆田市第一医院收治的126例关节手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组各63例。对照组采用传统的临床健康宣教模式,试验组在对照组的基础上进一步结合移动式视频进行健康宣教,比较两组在不同的健康宣教模式下患者的健康宣教知晓率、功能锻炼有效率、医护人员重复宣教率及患者满意度情况。结果实施14 d后,试验组健康宣教总知晓率(96.83%)高于对照组(76.19%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组功能锻炼总有效率(96.83%)高于对照组(80.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理总满意度(95.24%)高于对照组(77.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组医护人员重复宣教率(4.76%)低于对照组(22.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床上实施健康宣教过程中结合专科视频内容,可有效增加患者对相关疾病知识的掌握程度,提高患者的功能锻炼成果,降低医护人员的重复宣教时间,提升患者的满意度,极大地促进患者生理职能和生理功能的恢复,尽早康复。

Objective To investigate the application effect of mobile video in health education of joint sports medicine.Methods A total of 126 cas es of patients with joint surgery admitted to and treated in the F irst Hospital of Putian City from February to September 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with the conventional clinical health education mode,while the experimental group was treated with further combination with mobile video to carry out health education on the basis of the control group.The awareness rate of health education of patients,effective rate of functional exercise,repeated education rate of medical staff and satisfaction of patients were compared between the two groups under different health education modes.Results After 14 days of implementation,the total awareness rate of health education in the experimental group(96.83%)was higher than that in the control group(76.19%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of functional exercise in the experimental group(96.83%)was higher than that in the control group group(80.95%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group(95.24%)was higher than that of the control group(77.78%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the repeated education rate of personnel(4.76%)was lower than that of the control group(22.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical implementation process of health education,combined with the video content of specialty,it can effectively increase the patients’mastery of related disease knowledge,improve their functional exercise achievement,reduce the repeated education time of medical staff,improve patients’satisfaction,greatly promote the recovery of patients’physiological function and physiological mechanism,and rehabi litate as soon as possible.
