一体化智慧医疗体系助力健康城市建设现状与思考

Status analysis on the construction of integrated smart medical system

大数据、人工智能、物联网等技术的日渐成熟,使智慧医疗离人们生活越来越近的同时,医疗资源欠均衡、卫生信息难以共享、患者就医环节较烦琐等问题也在促进智慧医疗不断改善。在智慧医疗建设的过程中,虽然提升了患者就医体验,合理使用了医院的医疗资源,但也存在着诸多问题,如顶层设计规划性不足、相关行业标准未统一、未形成高效信息平台、卫生信息资源共享不足、卫生产业发展相对滞后等,一定程度上制约城市卫生健康事业发展,影响健康城市建设。因此,本研究希望通过加强智慧医疗体系建设,加快打造城市智慧医疗体系,集合大数据、人工智能等前沿技术应用,提高临床决策水平,提升群众满意度,为早日实现健康城市助力。

With the maturity of big data,artificial intelligence,internet of Things and other technologies,so that intelligent medicine from people’s lives closer and closer,in addition,medical resources are not balanced,health information is difficult to share,patients in the more cumbersome treatment links and other issues are driving medical towards intelligence.In the process of this kind of intelligent medical construction,although the patient’s medical experience is improved and the hospital’s medical resources are used rationally,there are still many problems,such as the lack of top-level design planning,the lack of uniformity of relevant industry standards,the failure to form an efficient information platform,the lack of sharing of health information resources,the relative lag in the development of health industry,etc.,to a certain extent restrict the development of urban health and health undertakings,affecting the construction of healthy cities.Therefore,this study hopes to strengthen the construction of intelligent medical system,accelerate the construction of urban smart medical system,collect big data,artificial intelligence and other cutting-edge technology applications,improve the level of clinical decision-making,improve the satisfaction of the masses,for the early realizati on of healthy cities to help.
