整形外科住院医师规范化培训教学活动改进的探索

Exploration on the improvement of teaching activities in standardized training for plastic surgery residents

住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后医学继续教育的重要组成部分,是培养高水平整形医师的重要途径。本文针对目前整形外科住院医师规范化培训过程中教学活动中存在的一些问题与思索:对整形外科规培医师培养模式的思考、在教学活动中常态化开展线上教育的思考以及如何减轻带教导师和学员教学活动中压力的思考。提出应利用网络及科技资源开展线上教育学习;在教学活动中注重临床思维、科研能力与临床技能的培养;融入“思政教育”和医学人文素质的培养;建立有效监督管理及其教学评价机制,保证在线教学质量。本文就现存问题提出理论层面的思考与建议,旨在更好地开展整形外科住院医师规范化培训工作,进一步提高整形外科住院医师的医疗专业水平和医疗服务质量。

Standardized residency training is an important part of continuing medical education for medical graduates,and is an important way to train high-level plastic surgeons.There are some problems and thoughts on teaching activities during the current standardized training for plastic surgery residents:thoughts on the training mode of plastic surgeons receiving standardized training,thoughts on regularizing online education in teaching activities,and thoughts on how to reduce the pressure of instructors and trainees during teaching activities.To address the above problems and thoughts,this paper proposes that online education and learning should be carried out by using the Internet and technological resources,the training of clinical thinking,research ability and clinical skills should be emphasized in the teaching activities,the training of"ideological and political education"and medical humanities quality should be integrated,and effective supervision and management and teaching assessment mechanisms should be established to ensure the quality of online teaching.This paper also puts forward theoretical considerations and suggestions on existing problems,aiming to better carry out the standardized training for plastic surgery residents and further improve the medical professionalism and quality of medical services of plastic surg ery residents.
