摘要
重庆大渡口区跳磴河河道属于高山河谷地貌,是自上而下穿越城市建成区、城镇区、工业园区以及郊野区的开放式河流,现有部分建(构)筑物侵占河道,点源和面源污染交织,河道生态单一,景观杂乱,水环境管理工作薄弱。针对这一基底状况,基于与自然共建理论,提出水安全、水环境、水生态、水景观、水管理“五水共治”的河道水环境综合治理方案,落地“海绵城市”建设专项规划以及山城步道建设专项规划,打造西南土石山区河流综合治理样板工程,以此为高山河谷地貌的河流分析与治理工作提供参考借鉴。
Tiaodeng River in Dadukou District of Chongqing is situated in the medium mountain valley.It is an open-type river run⁃ning through urban built-up areas,town-wide areas,industrial parks and rural areas from upstream to downstream.The current management status of the water environment is vulnerable and inadequate with encroachment of river course by illegal construction(structures),interweavement of point source and non-point source pollution,and singleness of river ecology,as well as messiness of the landscape.To deal with the problems,a comprehensive treatment plan of“Five water governance”was put forward based on the theory of co-construction with nature.The“Five water governance”plan provides an integrated solution to the issues of water security,water environment and water ecology,water landscape,and water management.In particular,the special construction proj⁃ects of“sponge city”and“mountain city footpath”are also planned to set up a model for comprehensive river governance in the earth-rocky mountainous areas of southwest China.The study provides a reference for river analysis and governance of moun⁃tain valley landforms.
