组织能力、组织创新与数字化转型如何激发新产品开发绩效?——基于fsQCA的组态效应研究 被引量:15

摘要 企业的新产品开发对企业发展和维持竞争优势至关重要,如何激发企业新产品开发绩效是一个亟待解决的问题。本文以47家涉及新产品开发业务的企业为研究对象,使用QCA方法探究组织能力、组织创新与企业数字化转型如何激发新产品开发绩效。研究发现,企业有4种实现高新产品开发绩效的组态和2种实现非高新产品开发绩效的组态。结果显示,运营能力、动态能力、探索式创新、利用式创新和数字化转型都不是企业实现高的新产品开发绩效的必要条件,但却对企业的新产品开发绩效产生重要影响。数字化转型、组织能力与组织创新的匹配很重要。只有数字化转型、组织能力和组织创新的类型匹配合适,才可以产生高的新产品开发绩效。数字化转型程度高的企业与数字化转型程度低的企业实现高的新产品开发绩效的路径有所不同,企业应该根据实际情况选择合适的发展路径。本文为高新产品开发绩效的实现路径提供了新见解,也为企业实现高的新产品开发绩效提供了有益启示。 Developing new products is very important for enterprises to develop and maintain competitive advantages.How to stimulate the performance of new product development is an urgent problem to be solved.It took 47 enterprises involved in new product development activities as the research objects,and used the QCA method to explore how organizational capability,organizational innovation and enterprise digital transformation stimulate new product development performance.It finds that there are four configurations for realizing high new product development performance and two configurations for realizing non-high new product development performance.The results show that operational capability,dynamic capability,exploratory innovation,exploitative innovation and digital transformation are not the necessary conditions for enterprises to achieve high new product development performance.However,they have significant impacts on new product development performance.The matching of digital transformation,organizational capability and organizational innovation are very important.Only when digital transformation,organizational capability and organizational innovation are properly matched,can new product development performance be produced.Enterprises with high degree of digital transformation and enterprises with low degree of digital transformation have different paths to achieve high new product development performance.Enterprises should choose appropriate development paths according to the actual situation.It provides new insights for the realization path of high new product development performance,and also provides beneficial enlightenment for enterprises to realize high new product development performance.
