Theoretical Logic and Practical Logic of Xi Jinping’s Important Expositions on the Relationship between Government and Market——based on the perspective of supply and demand

进入新时代以来,习近平总书记在全面深化改革、经济体制改革、政府与市场关系等方面发表了一系列重要论述,对于正确认识和处理政府“有形之手”与市场“无形之手”关系的世界性难题具有重大意义。人民群众对高质量物质文化产品的需求与相应供给之间存在突出矛盾,主要原因在于市场在资源配置中的决定性作用发挥不够。人民群众对于“民主、法治、公平、正义、安全、环境”即高质量政策产品的需求与相应供给之间同样存在矛盾,主要原因是政府作用发挥不好。更好地让政府与市场各司其职、相辅相成、形成合力,能够有力助推新时代新阶段我国经济高质量发展,也能够为国际社会提供理顺政府与市场关系的中国智慧和中国经验。

Since entering the new era,General Secretary of Xi Jinping has published a series of important expo⁃sitions on comprehensively deepening reform,economic system reform and the relationship between govern⁃ment and market,which is of great significance to solve the worldwide problems of understanding and dealing with the relationship of the government’s“visible hand”and the market’s“invisible hand”correctly.There is a prominent contradiction between the people’s demand for high-quality material and cultural products and the corresponding supply,mainly because the decisive role of the market in resource allocation is insufficient.There is also a contradiction between the people’s demand for“democracy,rule of law,fairness,justice,securi⁃ty and environment”,that is,there is also a contradiction between the demand for high-quality policy products and the corresponding supply.The main reason is that the government does not play a good role.Enabling the government and the market to perform their respective duties,complement each other and form a joint force can not only help promote China’s high-quality economic development in the new era,but also provide the interna⁃tional community with Chinese wisdom and Chinese experience to straighten out the relationship between gov⁃ernment and market.
