天麻钩藤饮配合耳尖放血治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压急症与亚急症临床效果观察

Observation on clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with ear-apex blood-letting in the treatment of hypertensive emergencies and urgencies of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type

目的 探讨天麻钩藤饮配合耳尖放血治疗阴虚阳亢型高血压急症与亚急症的临床效果。方法 88例阴虚阳亢型高血压急症、亚急症患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组采用天麻钩藤饮配合耳尖放血治疗。对比两组治疗效果,治疗前与治疗48 h后的收缩压、舒张压与平均动脉压水平,治疗前后中医证候积分,治疗前与治疗48 h后抑郁评分与焦虑评分。结果 观察组治疗总有效率95.45%高于对照组的77.27%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗48 h后,观察组收缩压、舒张压与平均动脉压均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组中医证候积分为(13.66±4.29)分,低于对照组的(25.63±3.34)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗48 h后,观察组抑郁评分、焦虑情绪评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 阴虚阳亢型高血压急症、亚急症应用天麻钩藤饮与耳尖放血联合治疗,整体治疗效果更好,降压效果理想,值得大力推广。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with ear-apex blood-letting in the treatment of hypertensive emergencies and urgencies of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type.Methods A total of 88 patients with hypertensive emergencies and urgencies of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Tianma Gouteng decoction combined with ear-apex blood-letting.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure before and after 48 h of treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment,and depression and anxiety scores before and after 48 h of treatment.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.45%,which was higher than 77.27%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 48 h of treatment,the systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores of the observation group was(13.66±4.29)points,which was lower than(25.63±3.34)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 48 h of treatment,the depression and anxiety scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Tianma Gouteng Decoction combined with ear-apex blood-letting in the treatment of hypertensive emergencies and urgencies of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity type has better overall therapeutic effect,and can achieve ideal antihypertensive effects,which is worthy of vigorous promotion.
