彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢静脉曲张合并血栓性浅静脉炎的价值分析

Value analysis of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity varicose veins complicated with superficial thrombophlebitis

目的 研究彩色多普勒超声在下肢静脉曲张合并血栓性浅静脉炎中的诊断效果。方法 100例下肢静脉曲张合并血栓性浅静脉炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组采用常规方式进行诊断,观察组采用彩色多普勒超声进行诊断。对比两组患者的股静脉、大隐静脉、腘静脉内径。结果 对照组患者的股静脉内径为(0.95±0.15)cm、大隐静脉内径为(0.66±0.13)cm、腘静脉内径为(0.84±0.17)cm;观察组患者的股静脉内径为(0.85±0.16)cm、大隐静脉内径为(0.52±0.18)cm、腘静脉内径为(0.72±0.15)cm;观察组患者的股静脉、大隐静脉、腘静脉内径均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=3.224、4.459、3.743, P=0.002、0.000、0.000<0.05)。结论 彩色多普勒超声在下肢静脉曲张合并血栓性浅静脉炎的诊断中具有良好的效果,能更加清晰地呈现患者实际静脉内经情况,提升诊断准确性,有利于进一步治疗,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of lower extremity varicose veins complicated with superficial thrombophlebitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with lower extremity varicose veins and superficial thrombophlebitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was diagnosed by conventional methods,and the observation group was diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound.The internal diameters of the femoral vein,great saphenous vein, and popliteal vein were compared between the two groups. Results The internal diameter of the femoral vein in the control group was (0.95±0.15) cm, the internal diameter of the great saphenous vein was (0.66± 0.13) cm, and the internal diameter of the popliteal vein was (0.84±0.17) cm;the internal diameter of the femoral vein in the observation group was (0.85±0.16) cm, the internal diameter of the great saphenous vein was (0.52±0.18) cm, and the internal diameter of the popliteal vein was (0.72±0.15) cm. The internal diameters of the femoral vein, great saphenous vein and popliteal vein in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (t=3.224, 4.459, 3.743;P=0.002, 0.000, 0.000<0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has a good effect in the diagnosis of lower extremity varicose veins combined with superficial thrombophlebitis, and can more clearly show the actual venous meridian of the patient, improve the diagnostic accuracy, and facilitate further treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
