中医三联综合法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果观察

Observation on effect of cough variant asthma treated by traditional Chinese medicine triple comprehensive method

目的 研究中医三联综合法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法 260例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者,根据治疗方法不同分为治疗组(200例)和对照组(60例)。对照组单纯应用西医抗炎、扩张支气管、抗过敏等治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上应用中医三联综合法。观察比较两组治疗后临床疗效。结果 治疗后,治疗组痊愈44例、显效92例、有效64例、无效0例,治疗总有效率为100%。对照组痊愈4例、显效8例、有效36例、无效12例,治疗总有效率为80%。治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中医三联综合法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘具有明确的临床疗效。

Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine triple comprehensive method in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods A total of 260 patients with cough variant asthma were divided into treatment group(200 cases)and control group(60 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with western medicine for anti-inflammatory,bronchial dilation,and anti-allergy,while the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine triple comprehensive method on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was observed and compared.Results After treatment,44 cases of the treatment group were cured,92 cases were markedly effective,64 cases were effective,and 0 case were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 100%;4 cases of the control group were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,36 cases were effective,and 12 cases were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 80%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine triple comprehensive method has a clear clinical efficacy in the treatment of cough variant asthma.
