波纹钢-橡胶混凝土组合板界面抗剪行为试验研究

摘要 制作7组波纹钢-橡胶混凝土组合板试件开展推出试验,对比分析混凝土种类、栓钉连接件参数(直径、高度、间距)和螺栓连接件对组合板界面剪切滑移特性和抗剪承载力的影响。研究结果表明:橡胶混凝土与波纹钢板组合能够发挥其阻裂和延性优势,界面抗剪承载力与普通混凝土相当(相差仅4%);为防止栓钉发生构造破坏,保证界面连接可靠,栓钉最小间距应设置为8.5倍的栓钉直径,栓钉高度应与波形尺寸匹配;受围焊强度和波纹板受力薄弱区的影响,栓钉连接件比螺栓连接件难以发挥其材料强度;各国规范在计算此类组合板栓钉承载力时存在偏差,应进一步开展设计理论研究。 Seven groups of corrugated steel-rubberized concrete composite slabs were made to carry out the push out test,and the effects of concrete types,stud connector parameters(diameter,height,spacing)and bolt connectors on the shear slip characteristics and shear capacity of the composite slab interface were compared and analyzed.The results show that the combination of rubberized concrete and corrugated steel plate can exert its crack resistance and ductility advantages,and the shear bearing capacity of the interface is equivalent to that of ordinary concrete(the difference is only 4%).In order to prevent structural damage of studs and ensure reliable interface connection,the minimum spacing of studs shall be set as 8.5 times of stud diameter,and the stud height shall match the waveform size.Due to the influence of the three-edge welding strength and the weak stress area of the corrugated slab,the stud connector is more difficult to exert its material strength than the bolt connector.There are some deviations in the calculation of the stud bearing capacity of such composite slabs in national codes,so the design theory should be further studied.
