Party building is the key to strengthen and improve rural governance and the basic premise to realize the modernization of rural governance.To understand the internal logic of the Party’s construction and the modernization of rural governance in ethnic minority areas,give full play to the powerful role of the Party’s political construction leading direction,ideological construction leading value orientation,and organizational construction leading policy practice,and promote the modernization of rural governance in ethnic minority areas with high-quality Party construction,we must do the following work well:accurately positioning the leadership responsibility of rural grassroots Party organizations in rural governance in ethnic minority areas,improving the organizational strength of grass-roots party organizations in ethnic minority areas,constructing rural party organizations in learning,service-oriented and innovative ethnic minority areas,cultivating high-quality cadres who meet the needs of modernization of rural governance in ethnic regions,construction of rural grassroots party construction quality performance evaluation system in minority areas.
