浅谈《金匮要略》将息理论对系统性红斑狼疮防治的启示

Discussion on the Enlightenment of Jiangxi Theory in Essentials from Synopsis of the Golden Chamber for Prevention and Treatment of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

[目的]研究《金匮要略》中的将息理论,以期为临床防治系统性红斑狼疮提供思路与方法。[方法]通过学习《金匮要略》中将息理论的相关条文,系统总结其理论内涵,并归纳系统性红斑狼疮的临床特点,以病性、病因、症状、发病人群、病程等方面为切入点,探析应用将息理论防治系统性红斑狼疮的思路。[结果]《金匮要略》蕴含丰富的将息理论,包括药物煎煮、服药方法、药后观察、药后护理、饮食起居调护等多个方面。系统性红斑狼疮病程缠绵难愈,症状繁多,且发病人群以女性为主。患者大多禀赋不足,易受外邪侵袭,多有情志不畅。因此,在防治过程中应注重扶正祛邪、寝食有节、调畅情志、医患沟通等多方面综合调护。[结论]把握系统性红斑狼疮的发病特点,并借鉴《金匮要略》将息理论,有助于指导临床实践,促进病情好转,值得进一步深入发掘。

[Objective] To explore Jiangxi theory of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber so as to provide ideas and methods for clinical prevention and treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE). [Methods] This paper systematically summarized the connotation of Jiangxi theory through studying Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, concluded the clinical characteristics of SLE, and explored the prevention and treatment ideas of SLE with Jiangxi theory from pathogenesis, etiology, symptoms, incidence population, course of disease and other aspects. [Results] Abundant Jiangxi theory was found in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber, including drug decocting, administration methods, observation and nursing after taking medicine, diet and daily care, etc. The course of disease of SLE was lingering, the symptoms were various, and most of patients were female. The patients with SLE had characteristics involving constitutional insufficiency,easy contraction of external pathogens and emotional depression. Therefore, attention should be paid to various methods in the process of prevention and treatment, including reinforcing the vital Qi and eliminating the pathogenic factor, sustaining moderation of sleep and diets, regulating emotions, and binding the well-established communication to patients. [Conclusion] Holding the pathogenesis characteristics of SLE and using the Jiangxi theory of Synopsis of the Golden Chamber for reference, it is helpful to guiding clinical practice and recover from illness, which is worth of further exploration.
