摘要
目的 探讨假饲法对卒中后吞咽障碍患者的影响.方法 将72例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者分为观察组与对照组,观察组采用假饲法,对照组采用常规鼻饲进食,比较两组治疗前后吞咽障碍程度评分(VGF)、吞咽障碍特异性生活质量量表(SWAL-QOL)评分、Beck口腔评分、体重指数(BMI)、血清白蛋白(ALB)水平.结果 治疗后观察组VGF、SWAL-QOL、Beck评分及BMI、ALB水平优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 假饲法对脑卒中后吞咽困难的患者吞咽功能、营养状况、生活质量的改善有较好的作用.
Objective To study the effect of sham feeding method on the patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods 72 patients with dysphagia after stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The observation group was given sham feeding,while the control group was given routine nasogastric feeding.The scores of dysphagia degree(VGF),swaDowing quality of life questionnaire(SWAL-QOL),Beck oral score,body mass index(BMI)and plasm albumin(ALB)levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the scores of VGF,SWAL-QOL,Beck,BMI and ALB in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Sham feeding has a good effect on swallowing flmction,nutritional status and quality of life of patients with dysphagia after stroke.
