摘要
环状RNA(circRNA)是一类以共价闭合连续环为特征的功能性非编码RNA,通过前体信使RNA反向剪接形成,在转录和转录后基因表达调控方面发挥着重要作用。近年来,越来越多的研究发现circRNA参与调控肝脏疾病的发生发展,具有成为肝脏疾病诊治生物学标志物的潜力。本文就circRNA的分类、形成、生物学功能及其在不同肝脏疾病中的作用进行综述。
Circular RNA(circRNA)is a type of functional RNA characterized by a covalently closed continuous loop.CircRNA is generated by pre-mRNA through back splicing and plays an essential role in epigenetic gene expression at transcription and post-transcription levels.In recent years,more and more studies have found that circRNA are involved in occurrence and development of liver diseases,and have the potential to become biomarkers for the diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases.This article summarized the classification,formation,biological functions and roles of circRNA in different liver diseases.
