摘要
患者女,39岁,因"发现右上臂肿物半个月"入院。既往体健,否认慢性病、手术及外伤史。入院查体右上臂内侧靠近腋窝处可触及一肿物,大小约3 cm,质软,可扪及与心跳一致的搏动感,无压痛,局部皮肤无溃疡、瘢痕、窦道及静脉曲张,右上肢活动、末梢感觉及血运正常,余体格检查正常。实验室检查外周血嗜酸性粒细胞绝对值及比值异常增高。
