口腔鳞状细胞癌中MYLK3的表达及其临床病理意义

The expression of MYLK3 and its clinicopathological significancein in oral squamous cell carcinoma

目的检测肌球蛋白轻链激酶3(myosin light chain kinase 3,MYLK3)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)及正常口腔粘膜中的表达,分析其临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组织化学法对65例OSCC和30例正常口腔上皮粘膜石蜡存档标本进行检测,并分析其与临床病理指标的关系。结果正常口腔粘膜中MYLK3少量表达(10%),而在OSCC中的表达明显增加(35%),结果有显著差异(P<0.05);淋巴结转移组阳性表达率80%(8/10),无淋巴结转移组阳性表达率27%(15/55),结果有显著差异(P<0.05);低分化组中MYLK3阳性表达率67%(10/15),高分化组阳性表达率26%(13/50),结果有显著差异(P<0.05);MYLK3表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小和部位无相关性(P>0.05)。结论MYLK3可能在OSCC的发生及进展等方面起着重要作用,MYLK3也可能是一个预测OSCC淋巴结转移的新型生物学标志物。

Objective To study the expression of MYLK3 and its clinicopathological significancein in oral squamous cell carcinoma.Methods ABC immunohistochemical method was used to investigate the expressions of MYLK3 in 30 normal oral mucosa and 65 OSCC,and analyzed the relationship between the expression of MYLK3 and the clinical variables.Results Expression of MYLK3 was low in normal oral mucous tissue and increased in OSCC,the statistical difference was significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of MYLK3 expression was 80%(8/10)and 27%(15/55)of the group with lymph node metastasis and the group without metastasis(P<0.05)respectively.The positive rate of MYLK3 expression was 67%(10/15)and 26%(13/50)of the low differentiation group and the high differentiation group(P<0.05).The expression of MYLK3 was not obviously correlated with patients gender,age,location and tumor size(P>0.05).Conclusion MYLK3 may play an important role in the tumorigenesis and development of OSCC.MYLK3 may be a new biomarker in promoting the metastasis of OSCC.
