摘要
客户的产品服务需求间往往存在着相互影响关系,DEMATEL方法常被用来解决这种相互影响问题以识别关键需求。但DEMATEL方法没有考虑专家在评价需求间影响程度时,无法给出精确的数值而只能给出一个区间来作为评价所导致的区间模糊性。本文提出了一种集成粗糙云模型与DEMATEL的方法,粗糙云模型能处理专家评价的区间模糊性,DEMATEL在粗糙云的基础上能有效识别需求间的相互影响关系,并对需求的重要性进行排序和分类,其结果将为企业在设计和配置产品服务时提供依据。
Product service requirements often interact with each other,and DEMATEL is often used to solve this interaction problem to identify the key requirements.However,DEMATEL method does not consider the interval fuzziness caused by the fact that experts usually can only give interval evaluations instead of precise values when evaluating the interaction degree between requirements.Hence,a rough cloud DEMATEL method was proposed,which integrated the rough cloud model with DEMATEL technique.The rough cloud model could deal with the interval fuzziness of experts'evaluations.DEMATEL,on the basis of rough cloud,could effectively identify the requirements'interactions and rank and classify the importance of requirements,whose results would provide a basis for enterprise to design and configure product service.
