美军数据标准化政策与趋势研究

Research on the Policy and Trend of Data Standardization in the U.S. Military

随着信息化、数字化、智能化的融合创新发展以及信息技术在军事领域中的广泛应用,数据在联合作战中的地位逐渐凸显,现代战争优势也因为军事数据建设而发生着变革,本文通过对美军数据标准化建设历程、相关政策进行总结,在分析其主要经验的基础上预测美军数据标准化的未来趋势。最后以美军数据标准化工作为切入点,针对我军未来发展战略及需求,提出对我军数据标准化建设的启示和建议。

With the integration and innovation of informatization, digitization and intelligence and the wide application of information technology in the military field, the status of data has gradually become prominent in joint operations, and the advantages of modern warfare are also changing because of military data construction, the paper summarizes the process of the U.S. military data standardization construction and related policies, and predicts the future trend of the U.S. military data standardization on the basis of the analysis of its main experience. Finally, taking the data standardization work of the U.S. military as the starting point, the enlightenment and suggestions for the construction of data standardization of the Chinese army are put forward to respond to the future development strategy and demands of the Chinese army.
