综合能源服务标准化现状研究

Research on the Current Situation of Integrated Energy Service Standardization

标准化工作是实施综合能源服务发展战略的重要抓手,加强综合能源服务标准化工作对引领、指导和规范综合能源服务发展起着关键性作用;。本文研究了国内外综合能源服务发展现状、综合能源服务标准化相关组织现状,并根据国网综合能源服务集团有限公司六大综合能源服务业务模块检索,分析了国内外相关标准制定情况,最后提出了提升我国综合能源服务标准化工作的对策建议,以期促进相关产业发展。

Standardization is an important tool for implementing the development strategy of integrated energy service.Strengthening the standardization of integrated energy services plays a key role in leading, guiding and regulating the development of integrated energy services. In this paper, the development status of integrated energy service at home and abroad are studied together with the organizations related to the standardization of integrated energy service. Then,the establishment of relevant standards at home and abroad are retrieved and analyzed, according to the six operational modules of integrated energy services which are raised by State Grid Integrated Energy Services Group Co., Ltd. Finally,the measures and suggestions on improving the standardization of integrated energy services in China are put forward in order to promote the development of the integrated energy services industry in China.
