摘要
食品安全问题一直是监管重要任务,而保质期是食品安全重点考察内容,保质期研究对加强食品安全工作具有重要意义。本文从稳定性试验研究探索食品产品保质期,简述食品稳定性试验,逐步拓宽分析更广阔的食品领域保质期主要问题,为保质期标准化发展提出建议。
Food safety problem has always been an important task of supervision, and shelf life is the key content of food safety investigation, which is of great significance to strengthening food safety work. This paper explores the shelf life of food products from the stability test research, briefly summarizes the stability test of health care products and then analyzes the main problems of the shelf life in the broader food field. It also lists the measures to promote the standardized development of the food shelf life.
